Well folks, it was a typically gorgeous sunny day in the Arizona Red Rocks around Sedona. Here I am in the obligatory setup shot before getting on the helicopter. This was the first time in one since I left Vietnam (except for hops to catch a plane in New York City and to San Francisco's airport). It was great fun - open doors so I could lean out to look straight down at the beautiful land below us. Of course it was all too short - but the next trip is supposed to be after Labor Day. Let's see if I can get a few more shots of our unique landscape. I will try to get a good video and post that too! Thanks to our pilot and to Arizona Helicopter Adventures - I'm really looking forward to the next flight.
